A seasoned insurance processional with over 25 years as a licensed Property & Casualty broker, Earl has built and led commercial insurance teams while designing customized risk management programs across multiple industries.
He also spent eight years helping grow what is now one of the most prominent names in the VA and BPO space, serving as both Vice President of Sales and Strategic Product Manager, where he helped drive revenue growth and spearheaded the development of AI-driven solutions for insurance agencies.
Blending brokerage leadership, BPO sales expertise, and product innovation, Earl brings a rare dual perspective with his understanding of the operational pressures agencies face and the infrastructure required to support them effectively. Today, he helps firms scale strategically, reduce overhead, and enhance efficiency through high-performing virtual support teams and smarter systems integration.
